  1.  All communication will be done via whatsapp number you have provided or normal text messages (Call only call on special circumstance or urgent).
  2. In the event you want to stop your subscription, kindly notify us one day before the due date of renewal. 
  3. When you receive our communication on RENEWAL, respond within 48 hrs with the date you will make payment. Failure to notify us, we will consider you have stopped your subscription and your profile will be reset. 
  4. You should NOT SHARE your profile pin with people, profiles are meant to be personal. This will enable you to experience smooth service without interruption.
